Our April 16th Story Slam is “Karma!”
On April 16th, we’ll be sending good vibes and hopefully feeling the return waves. Our April 16 Story Slam is themed “Karma!”
Karma means action, work or deed; it also refers to the principle of causality where intent and actions of an individual influence the future of that individual. Good intent and good deed contribute to good karma and future happiness, while bad intent and bad deed contribute to bad karma and future suffering.
Have you done something really stellar, paid something forward in a positive way and found yourself rewarded multiple times over? Perhaps on a bad day, you did something that came back in an unexpected way and made you regret your actions. What’s that saying? “Karma is a bitch.”
The Karma Story Slam is Wednesday, April 16th at 7 p.m. at the always awesome Burlap and Bean Coffeehouse in Newtown Square. You can reserve your tickets for the April 16th Story Slam by clicking HERE.
Several years ago, this short but classic story on Karma won the West Chester Story Slam.
